The MC200 system, is a more advanced  RoiP Gateway Interface between a single radio channel to a PTT over cellular radio network. The system connects directly into a LAN connection and offers faster and more effective connection and speed than the basic Gateway.

The combination of direct connection to the internet and   The interface provide 2 way voice communication in and out of the remote radio system

The MC200 has uses  PoC-COS/COR and Radio-COS/COR technology to activate the POC or radio device which has a major speed advantage over conventional VOX operation.

Th MC200 Ptt over Cellular system runs a PTT App like Zello to communicate into a POC radio network located anywhere in the world. 

 

HOW THE MC200 Works

1. PTT Call from PoC to 2-way Radio

When an user make a PTT call from a smartphone to a group, the gateway system works as below:

• The PoC app on the gateway receives the PTT call from the PoC group.

• The PoC-COS/COR and iDats DSP of the gateway detect the PTT call.

• The gateway generates the PTT signal to control the connected 2-way radio to make TX.

• The gateway forwards the voice message from the PoC group to the connected 2-way radio.

• The connected 2-way radio transmits the voice message to the 2-way radio channel.

• After the user release the PTT call from the smartphone Dispatcher or other device, the gateway also releases the PTT control to

the connected 2-way radio.

2. PTT Call from 2-way Radio to PoC

When an user make a PTT call from a 2-way radio to a channel, the gateway system works as below:

• The gateway connected 2-way radio receives the PTT call from the 2-way radio channel.

• The Radio-COS/COR and iDats DSP of the gateway detect the PTT call.

• The gateway generates the PTT signal to control the PoC app to make TX.

• The gateway forwards the voice message from the connected 2-way radio to the PoC app.

• The PoC app transmits the voice message to the PoC group.

• After the user release the PTT call from the 2-way radio, the gateway also releases the PTT control to

the PoC app.

. The system can be accesses by hand held POC radio devices, Mobile phones running a POC app or Desktop computers running  dispatcher App. anywhere where there is 3G 4G or internet connection. more that one location can also connect to the remote radio system.

The system works on a single radio channel, multiple channels can be controlled by adding multiple MC100 gateways and controlling POC radio units on the same POC network but with different POC IDs.
