Intercom 6.3 Jack 3 way Plug to 4 way socket Adaptor Amplified

This adaptor plugs into a driver/ instructor or rally intercom with a 6.3 jack socket allowing a helmet kit with 4 way Nexus plug wired for Peltor to be connected. 

Normally this is not possible as the standard 4 way Peltor helmet kits use a dynamic microphone which does not have enough output for intercoms with 6.3 jacks.

The lead has a built in amplifier that boosts the signal to a comparable level.
