Delivery

Parts and accessories are normally dispatched on a next day courier service if in stock. Complete systems due to their custom built nature are normally delivered within 14 working days from order. A delivery date will be mailed to you before the order is processed.

We will always aim to meet your more urgent delivery requirements, please contact us for further information.

Delivery Terms

Royal mail – In the UK this will be Special delivery normally delivered within 1 – 2 days. European and world deliveries, this will be Airsure service which is 3 – 5 working days for further information please email: sales@autotel.co.uk

Courier – In the UK this will be Via Initial City Link and again is normally delivered within 1 – 2 working days. All other delivery destinations, we will use TNT an international courier.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK , 15% VAT is added. Orders placed from the EU will also be charged vat at 15% unless you enter a valid VAT number, in this case you willnot be charged VAT. 

Credit Card Safety

At Autotel Radio Systems, the customer always comes first, and this means 100% security for your online transactions. We have not had a single case of online credit card fraud reported to us, and this will continue to be the case.

We accept the following credit and debit cards for payment: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo, and Electron.

When you make an order we note your name, email address, postal address, and phone number.

Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products we will repair or replace any faulty item at our discretion, if we cannot resolve a problem then we may offer a refund assuming the product is returned to us in its original condition. Autotel retain the right to charge a re-stocking charge if we deem fit.

Returns can only be sent back under warranty with correct returns RMA number issued when a return is agreed.

Order Cancellation Policy

 We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Off the shelf products

• If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

• If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Returns Policy
. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

• Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

Custom Built Products

order cancellation for custom built product must be done within 48 hours of placing the order ,these will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee. After that period a higher cancellation fee will be chargeable depending on the stage of assembly of the order. Please contact our office for clarification of these charges. and defanition of a custom built product.
